The MoveU Program is progressive and completely self-directed. That means it starts from the ground and each section, or "module" as we call it builds on the previous one. There is no set time-frame or programming that you need to complete each day. However, what you get out of The Program is directly related to how much work you put into it. 

There are 2 phases and each phase has 8 modules with several new movements and workouts introduced in each module. You move through these modules at your own pace, but our coaches recommend spending 30 minutes a day on The Program.

You may log in on multiple devices, such as a phone, and a computer. Our program is mobile-friendly and can be done from almost anywhere!
