Our system automatically sends out a renewal reminder to you at certain intervals. It checks your status every few days. Therefore, your renewal reminder may not be accurate. We apologize if you receive a renewal reminder in error, we are working on upgrading our system so that it checks your status in real-time and stops sending those emails when they are unnecessary.
To check your status, please log into your account, click on your username on the top right corner, then click "My Account." From this screen, you'll find "Billing" on the left-hand side where you'll find your payment information and subscription status. If the "Subscriptions" section states you have no active subscriptions, then you have successfully canceled your subscription.
