The time it takes to complete the entire program varies from individual to individual. You can expect to be engaged with the program for at least the next 9 months to complete everything.
Phase 1: The MoveU Method → 3-12 months
Phase 2: MoveU Fitness → 6-12 months
These ranges of time to complete vary based on how much pain you are in when first enrolling in the program, the amount of time you commit to the program each day, how consistent you are with daily practice, how familiar you are with exercise, and how quickly you can make adjustments to improve your movement patterns.
