Low Back & Core, Hip, and Pelvic Floor Courses: 1 month each
Shoulder Program: 12 weeks
Phase 1: Total Body Program → 3-12 months
Phase 2: Total Body Program → 6-12 months
These ranges of time to complete vary based on how much pain you are in when first enrolling in the program, the amount of time you commit to the program each day, how consistent you are with daily practice, how familiar you are with exercise, and how quickly you can make adjustments to improve your movement patterns.
