Yes, you can change any of your account details including your email address, billing information, and payment information from within your account.
 
When you are logged in, you can find your username at the top right of any page. Click your username and select "My Account" from the dropdown. From there, you can change any details you need to about your account including email address, password, billing information, changing your subscription, and email notifications.
